Head Brewer

Charles moved from New Jersey to North East Pennsylvania in May of 2023 and joined our team in summer of 2024 to take over brewing operations.  He has over 7 years in the industry running multiple breweries.  He is excited to apply his skills to our production and raise our beer quality to a whole new level.  If he’s not in the brewhouse he is outdoors, fishing, hunting, skiing or hiking.

Richard

Operations

Richard is the Tap Room Manager at Roscoe Beer Company, ensuring the taproom runs like a well-oiled machine. From curating a welcoming atmosphere to overseeing daily operations, his dedication keeps everything flowing smoothly. When he’s not at the taproom, Richard enjoys spending time with his dog and fishing in the beautiful waters of the Catskills, a pastime that reflects his love for the great outdoors.

Jami Sedlacek

Brand Ambassador

With six years of experience working for the Post Office and 14 years in food service and hospitality, Jami’s career journey has now led her to the role of Brand Ambassador for Roscoe Mountain Club and Roscoe Beer Company. The combination of her background and professional growth has fostered a natural synergy, enabling her to represent these brands with both passion and expertise. She’s found her true calling in this role. As Brand Ambassador, her primary responsibility is to promote RMC and RBC products to a targeted audience. Her genuine passion for the brands allows her to forge meaningful, professional relationships, all while driving the growth and success of both businesses.
